Post Formats: In `bulk_edit_posts()`, set post format before the post is updated, for consistency with `edit_post()`.
This makes sure that plugins hooked to `save_post` get the right post format. Props Chouby, SergeyBiryukov. Fixes #41396. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@41187 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@41027 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
