General: Remove discouraged `@return void` annotations.
Such `@return void` annotations must not be used in WordPress core's PHP code, except bundled themes, third-party libraries, and PHP compatibility shims. Props isabel_brison, swissspidy. Fixes #59619. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@56943 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@56454 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
