Docs: Remove unnecessary `@see` tag in `wpdb::prepare()`.
The tag is only necessary for hooks. For functions and methods, autolinking is handled automatically on developer.wordpress.org. Props mbelchev, ocean90, johannadevos. Fixes #44585. See #45204.
