Multisite: Replace `get_blog_details()` in inline documentation.
Some documentation is now out of date and some can be replaced with a mention of `get_site()`. Fixes #37102. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@38943 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@38886 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
