Docs: Remove `@see` references for SimplePie classes.
As SimplePie is an external library, these classes are not parsed for the WordPress Code Reference, so the `@see` tags were linking to non-existing pages. Follow-up to [38112]. Props crstauf. Fixes #59030. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@56379 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@55891 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
