Editor: Add original_source and author_text to the templates REST API.
For the new "All templates" UI to work properly we need the REST API to provide to additional fields original_source, and author_text. Props ntsekouras, get_dave. Fixes #60358. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@57366 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@56872 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
