Tests: Correct assertion in `Tests_Cache::test_miss()`.

On failure to retrieve contents, `WP_Object_Cache::get()` returns `false`, not `null`. The test only passed accidentally due to `assertEquals()` not performing a strict type check. Props johnbillion.
