Customize: No-op `edit_post_link()` when in customizer preview.
Edit links can be restored in plugins by removing the `__return_empty_string` function from the `get_edit_post_link` filter at the `customize_preview_init` action. Fixes #38648. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@39133 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@39073 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
