Coding Standards: Remove a trailing comma from a `compact()` call in `_wp_customize_include()`.
This fixes a `Trailing comma's are not allowed in function calls in PHP 7.2 or earlier` error in the PHP compatibility check. Follow-up to [52348]. See #53359.
