Docs: Improve documentation for `wp_list_filter()` and `wp_filter_object_list()`.
This should make the purpose and behavior of these functions more obvious without reading the code. Props ribaricplusplus. Fixes #52808. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@51044 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@50653 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
