Docs: Docblock adjustements in the `Walker` class.
This changeset ensures third-person singular verbs are used for function descriptions in the `Walker` class, and adjusts some non-standard docblock descriptions for various properties and methods of the class. See #54729. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@53323 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@52912 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
