In `wp_xmlrpc_server` methods, for comprehensibility:

* initialize arrays in loops, instead of overriding an uninitialized array each time
* in `->blogger_getRecentPosts()` and `->mw_getRecentPosts()`, remove the extra loops by only setting one `array`
