Docs: Correct the wording in `wp_lostpassword_url()` description.
This affects: * The `wp_lostpassword_url()` function. * The `lost_password_html_link` filter. The filter description was copied from the function, which appears to be not quite accurate, as the lost password can only be reset, not retrieved. Follow-up to [11448], [54206]. See #55646.
