This helps differentiate the two buttons available in the FTP credentials modal by setting a `primary` class to the submit button. Props mapk, curdin, audrasjb, shailu25. Fixes #37647. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@58149 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@57614 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
