Boostrap/Load: Add filter to allow disabling of object cache
In [37626] a filter was added to allow disabling the advanced cache dropin, but no similar filter was added for the object cache dropin. This corrects that oversight. Fixes #53322. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@51087 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@50696 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
