Subject: [PATCH] Tests: Use more appropriate assertions in various tests.

This replaces instances of `assertTrue( empty( ... ) )` with `assertEmpty()` to use native PHPUnit functionality.

Follow-up to [51335], [51337], [51367], [51397].
