WPDB: Allow custom data to be added to logged queries.
This adds a new method, `wpdb::log_query()`, and a new filter, `log_query_custom_data`. The custom data is stored as a new element in each entry of the `wpdb::$queries` array. Props CrazyJaco, johnbillion, pento. Fixes 42151. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@45635 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@45446 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
