Database: Hardening to bring `wpdb::prepare()` inline with documentation.
`wpdb::prepare()` supports %s, %d, and %F as placeholders in the query string. Any other non-escaped % will be escaped. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@41496 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@41329 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
