joedolson fb7ad212ca Menus: Accessibility: Improve screen reader text for edit button. 
Change the edit menu item toggle to communicate more context about the item to be edited. Make edit text consistent between Customizer menu editor and admin menu editor.

The menu position is conveyed only visually, using indentation, because there are no organizational semantics in either editor. This change helps provide screen reader users with consistent contextual information about the order, position, and parent of the current item.

joedolson bee2debbd7 Customize: Accessibility: Label menu subitems when updating menus. 
Fix missing subitem indicator when menu items in the Customizer are children of parent menu items & add menu item original title to button text. Adds parity with the admin menu editor and fixes a bug where the button text was 'untitled' if the menu item title had not been edited.

Sergey Biryukov 4aeebf03a5 Menus: Introduce `wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields_customize_template` action that fires at the end of the form field template for nav menu items in the customizer. 
This brings parity with the `wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields` action added in [47190] for the Menus screen.

Drew Jaynes 0860bb2771 Docs: Remove `@access` notations from method DocBlocks in wp-includes/* classes. 
Prior to about 2013, many class methods lacked even access modifiers which made the `@access` notations that much more useful. Now that we've gotten to a point where the codebase is more mature from a maintenance perspective and we can finally remove these notations. Notable exceptions to this change include standalone functions notated as private as well as some classes still considered to represent "private" APIs.

Andrea Fercia d33301821b Buttons: Improve the `.button-link` CSS class for link-like buttons. 
Updates `.button-link` adding color and underline to make link-like buttons look
like links by default. Introduces `.button-link-delete` as a modifier, stackable
CSS class for red button-links.
