Scott Taylor	172e37b007	Move `Walker_Category` and `Walker_CategoryDropdown` into their own files via `svn cp`. Remove them from `category-template.php`. Load them in `category.php`. `svn cp` `category.php` over to `category-functions.php`, which also loads now in `category.php`. ... See #33413.
