Drew Jaynes	1d95dcfa2c	Docs: Remove superfluous `@package WordPress` and `@subpackage` notations used outside of file headers in a variety of core files. Per the inline documentation standards for PHP, there should only be one `@package` and/or `@subpackage` notation per file, and only in the file header. See #41017.
