At screen widths of at least 768px (tablet size), Twenty Nineteen should have a `max-width` and side margins for content in the post editor.
This commit applies that style to the new `.block-editor-iframe__body` class, resolving an issue where full-width blocks had a horizontal scrollbar in the editor iframe.

Previously, full width blocks would cause a horizontal scrollbar, and nesting full width blocks would cause the content to be pulled off the screen. Now wide and full width blocks can be nested without any visual issues.

Alignments and blocks were not always appearing as they should in the admin.
- Wide alignments sometimes appear only as wide as the text column.
- Full and wide appear centered on the text column
- Full-width blocks sometimes do not take up the full width of the page, and other times they cause a horizontal scroll.
- Wide and full group block children take up the full width of the block by default.

The theme's original approach to its non-latin font fallbacks required `!important`, which overrode fonts that shouldn't have been changed, like the icon fonts used for editor buttons.
