Ryan Boren a550a6d489 Use the create_posts capability in more places. 
In get_post_type_capabilities(), make sure create_posts reflects customizations to the edit_posts capability when create_posts is not specifically set.

Ryan Boren a316671b85 Don't wp_cache_add() stdClass objects in get_post() to avoid polluting the cache with incomplete or otherwise compromised objects. 
Declare the core properties of WP_Pist as proper public properties and provide them with defaults.

Ryan Boren 9e39bc5897 If posts is an empty array, bail from set_found_posts(). If posts is null or otherwise empty proceed through set_found_posts(). This accommodates caching plugins such as Advanced Post Cache that force posts to be empty for later population but still require the found_posts_query filter to run.

Ryan Boren 1714e085e4 Don't create {$blog_id}_user-settings, {$blog_id}_user-settings-time, and {$blog_id}_dashboard_quick_press_last_post_id user options when a super admin visits a site they aren't a member of. Instead, rely solely on the wp-settings cookie.

Daryl Koopersmith 5fee0949ac Revise and combine button selectors. 
* Simplifies button selectors. Maintains backwards compatibility for several classes and makes creating new button styles considerably easier.
* Adds buttons documentation.
* Raw input submit/reset/button types now use default browser styles (instead of half-styled borders that did not look like buttons).
* Moves basic button color standardization to the beginning of wp-admin.
