Block themes and classic themes with template parts support
can already access the patterns list within the site editor.
This adds a "Patterns" menu item under Appearance for classic themes
without template parts support.

Previously, Site Editor client-side routing started using only the path query argument for loading non-editor views. The router removed the `postType` query
argument, which caused an error message to be displayed when the template parts list page was reloaded.
This changeset fixes the issue as it was affecting hybrid themes.

Fixes the conditions for when to enqueue the opinionated block styles (i.e. `'wp-block-library-theme'` stylesheet):
* the theme adds `'wp-block-styles'` theme support;
* and no editor styles are declared.
This resolves an issue with themes that do not add the `'wp-block-styles'` theme support while not impacting themes that do.

Adds `wp_theme_has_theme_json()` for public consumption, to replace the private internal Core-only `WP_Theme_JSON_Resolver::theme_has_support()` method. This new global function checks if a theme or its parent has a `theme.json` file.
For performance, results are cached as an integer `1` or `0` in the `'theme_json'` group with `'wp_theme_has_theme_json'` key. This is a non-persistent cache. Why? To make the derived data from `theme.json` is always fresh from the potential modifications done via hooks that can use dynamic data (modify the stylesheet depending on some option, settings depending on user permissions, etc.).
Also adds a new public function `wp_clean_theme_json_cache()` to clear the cache on `'switch_theme'` and `start_previewing_theme'`.

Calling the `wp_get_theme` function creates a instance of the `WP_Theme` class. This can be a performance issue, if all you need is one property of the class instance. This change replaces the usage of `wp_get_theme()->get_stylesheet()` with `get_stylesheet()` to improve performance.

This fixes an `Equals sign not aligned correctly` WPCS warning.
Additionally, this commit sets the `svn:eol-style` property for the `phpunit/tests/ajax/wpAjaxCropImage.php` file and corrects line endings, so that the output of `composer format` is clean.

This patch optimizes preload paths in post and site editors so that they match the real requests:
- Remove the `/` preload as the payload is very big and the response is not needed on any critical path.
- Modify the preloaded path for `/wp/v2/taxonomies` so that it corresponds to what `loadTaxonomyEntities` requests. After Gutenberg PR 37685 was merged to core, these preloads need to be modified to use `context=view` instead of `context=edit`.
- Modify the `/wp/v2/users/me path` so that it matches the real request (no query params).
- Add a preload of `/wp/v2/settings` because it is requested on critical path (editor boot). Site editor already preloads this, the changeset is only adding it to the post editor.
This is related to Gutenberg PR 39256 which introduces compatibility code to modify the preload paths with a filter, when the Gutenberg plugin is active.

Remote block patterns from wp.org were to be loaded through a callback hooked into the `current_screen` filter. Within 2 callbacks, i.e. `_load_remote_featured_patterns()` and `_load_remote_block_patterns()`, a guard clause bailed out early if the `$current_screen->is_block_editor` is `false`.
However, the `current_screen` filter is unreliable to detect the block editor. Why? In the block and Site Editor screens, `$current_scren->is_block_editor` is not set until after the filter is executed. Whoopsie.
This commit no longer uses the `current_screen` filter. Instead, it explicitly loads the remote block patterns by invoking both private functions (now not callbacks) directly in the screen files for the block and site editor screens.
With this change, passing `WP_Screen` object into these functions is no longer needed. As the `_load_remote_block_patterns()` function was introduced in 5.8.0, its function parameter is now deprecated and the guard clause retained for backwards compatibility.

WordPress Core is not really custom and does not reference "custom post type" in its function naming. This commit renames 2 public static methods:
* `WP_Theme_JSON_Resolver::get_user_custom_post_type_id()` renamed to `WP_Theme_JSON_Resolver::get_user_global_styles_post_id()`.
* `WP_Theme_JSON_Resolver::get_user_data_from_custom_post_type()` renamed to `WP_Theme_JSON_Resolver:: get_user_data_from_wp_global_styles()`.

This commit renames the following method and function to better represent block theme terminology:
* `WP_Theme::is_block_based()` to `WP_Theme::is_block_theme()`
* `wp_is_block_template_theme()` to `wp_is_block_theme()`
It also changes `wp_is_block_theme()` to be a helper wrapper (sugar syntax) for `wp_get_theme()->is_block_theme();`. Why? To ensure both the method and function behave the same, to help Gutenberg maintain WordPress cross-version compatibility, and to make it less cumbersome to port changes from Gutenberg to Core.

[51962] and [51964] introduced two new functions: `rest_get_route_for_post_type_items()` and `rest_get_route_for_taxonomy_items()`. These functions replaced hardcoded references in all parts of core that reference taxonomy and post type rest controller endpoints. However, several instances were missed in the `wp-admin/site-editor.php` file.
This commit replaces those remaining hardcoded instances.
