nacin 4e666d5d44 Move some post and taxonomy functions from admin/includes to wp-includes in preparation for QuickPress template tag. Moves get_tags_to_edit, get_terms_to_edit, get_default_post_to_edit, media_buttons, _media_button, get_upload_iframe_src. nacin 7734a07cb2 Move post type object capabilities to a 'cap' object. Allow them to be initialized via the 'capabilities' key (an array) when registering support for the post type. Caps are now referred to by the name of the cap as if it was a post, i.e. ->cap->edit_post. see #13358.

markjaquith bf264bb66d Post/Page Image was too generic a name. Post/Page Thumbnail is more clear, even if you can create very large thumbnail images if you so choose.

markjaquith dc8492b9f5 Introducing set_post_image_size(w, h, crop) so themes can register their special size/crop for canonical post images. WP will create this size/crop upon upload, so your canonical post images fit your space exactly!
