nacin 8b7d7afa72 Clear cache of current theme name, if the theme name no longer exists. Fixes failures when an an active theme is renamed in its stylesheet. fixes #12428

dd32 5a5064ae61 Remove Options -> Misc entirely as core as there are no longer options left there. Plugin registered options will be redirected to the General settings page. Fixes #12437

markjaquith 6786e3ddb3 Nav Menus: blur/Focus behavior for Create Menu and Add Custom Links. Route "return" presses in each of those areas to proper button press. Better create/save logic on the PHP side.
