dd32 5a5064ae61 Remove Options -> Misc entirely as core as there are no longer options left there. Plugin registered options will be redirected to the General settings page. Fixes #12437

markjaquith 6786e3ddb3 Nav Menus: blur/Focus behavior for Create Menu and Add Custom Links. Route "return" presses in each of those areas to proper button press. Better create/save logic on the PHP side.

nacin 4e56d1c6a9 Switch over to *_user_meta() syntax. The old get_usermeta() would return a string when only one value was found, get_user_meta() requires $single = true. Fixes #10837
