dd32 92eeafce24 Always fallback to PclZip in the event that ZipArchive does not return true. The PHP Zip extension is hit-and-miss with OSX generated zip files, sometimes 0 will be emitted and extraction will succeed, others it will fail with. Reverts r14346, r14377, partially r14800. nacin a743de0788 First pass on 'Theme Locations' for navigation menus. Themes need to specify a location when calling wp_nav_menu and register locations in functions.php. Users then map menus to locations in the nav menu admin. Subject to review. see #13378.

nacin 7734a07cb2 Move post type object capabilities to a 'cap' object. Allow them to be initialized via the 'capabilities' key (an array) when registering support for the post type. Caps are now referred to by the name of the cap as if it was a post, i.e. ->cap->edit_post. see #13358.

nacin fa23d1edf0 Remove WP_FALLBACK_THEME, use WP_DEFAULT_THEME instead. We now only fall back to the default theme if the theme is broken. Incomplete themes that need to inherit templates will inherit them from wp-includes/theme-compat -- this behavior is deprecated. fixes #12846.
