matt 1e127b413c Sometimes the $page global is set but it's just an integer, like 1, not an object which we should try to address and put in the cache. The page would work but we'd do spurious wp_cache_add

rob1n 7bb92d3873 Add a function to unify private posts SQL based on capabilities -- get_private_posts_cap_sql(). 
Usage: get_private_posts_cap_sql($type), where $type is either 'post' or 'page'.

matt 3eb1182967 If we don't have IDs at this point, bail out. There are no tag defaults. Should fix #4035 though I can't recreate their particular error.
