rboren 368bf570e6 Allow empty uris to be passed to add_query_arg(). Useful when appending arguments to WP_Query query strings that do not yet have any arguments.

rboren 9872261202 Permalink love. Wrap mod_rewrite rules in a conditional. Make sure date permalinks are sane. Add get_year_link().
