nacin 69fb7f6a1b Move the sekrit full screen editor width shortcut keys below the common bold/italic/etc keys on the editor keyboard shortcuts help tab. No strings were harmed in the making of this commit.

westi 7ec819d925 Improve the revision comparison user interface to hilight that we compare "old on left" to "new on right". Includes some js to hide the radio buttons to stop you selecting reverse comparisions.
