Unintended leading whitespace at the beginning of a raw MySQL query led to unexpected behavior such as broken pagination. Eliminating said whitespace avoids that.
Adds unit tests to prevent regressions.

`str_contains()` was introduced in PHP 8.0 to perform a case-sensitive check indicating if the string to search in (haystack) contains the given substring (needle).
WordPress core includes a polyfill for `str_contains()` on PHP < 8.0 as of WordPress 5.9.
This commit replaces `false !== strpos( ... )` with `str_contains()` in core files, making the code more readable and consistent, as well as better aligned with modern development practices.

In [36566] a framework to lazily load metadata was introduced. This supported term and comment meta by default. In this commit, extends support for site ( blog ) meta. Site meta is not heavily used by core and is used by developers to extend multisite. In this change, `_prime_site_caches` and `WP_Site_Query` now call the new function `wp_lazyload_site_meta`. The function `wp_lazyload_site_meta` accepts an array of ids and adds them to the queue of metadata to be lazily loaded. The function `get_blogs_of_user` was updated to now lazily load site meta.

Give developers more control over how query caches are handled within an object caches. Now all caches that cache the result of a query, are cached in a group that is suffixed with -queries. Developers can use these groups, to add custom cache invalidation rules or to make them none persistent.

[54080] refactored the logic in `get_network_option()`, `update_network_option()` and `delete_network_option()` to use the metadata API. However, this change resulted in issues with large multisite installs that utilize memcached having network options > 1MB in size.
This change reverts [54080] and all related follow-up changes.

Dynamic (non-explicitly declared) properties are deprecated as of PHP 8.2 and are expected to become a fatal error in PHP 9.0.
There are a number of ways to mitigate this:
* If it is an accidental typo for a declared property: fix the typo.
* For known properties: declare them on the class.
* For unknown properties: add the magic `__get()`, `__set()`, et al. methods to the class or let the class extend `stdClass` which has highly optimized versions of these magic methods built in.
* For unknown ''use'' of dynamic properties, the `#[AllowDynamicProperties]` attribute can be added to the class. The attribute will automatically be inherited by child classes.
Trac ticket #56034 is open to investigate and handle the third and fourth type of situations, however it has become clear this will need more time and will not be ready in time for WP 6.1.
To reduce “noise” in the meantime, both in the error logs of WP users moving onto PHP 8.2, in the test run logs of WP itself, in test runs of plugins and themes, as well as to prevent duplicate tickets from being opened for the same issue, this commit adds the `#[AllowDynamicProperties]` attribute to all “parent” classes in WP.
The logic used for this commit is as follows:
* If a class already has the attribute: no action needed.
* If a class does not `extend`: add the attribute.
* If a class does `extend`:
- If it extends `stdClass`: no action needed (as `stdClass` supports dynamic properties).
- If it extends a PHP native class: add the attribute.
- If it extends a class from one of WP's external dependencies: add the attribute.
* In all other cases: no action — the attribute should not be needed as child classes inherit from the parent.
Whether or not a class contains magic methods has not been taken into account, as a review of the currently existing magic methods has shown that those are generally not sturdy enough and often even set dynamic properties (which they should not). This commit only affects classes in the `src` directory of WordPress core.
* Tests should not get this attribute, but should be fixed to not use dynamic properties instead. Patches for this are already being committed under ticket #56033.
* While a number bundled themes (2014, 2019, 2020, 2021) contain classes, they are not a part of this commit and may be updated separately.

While using reserved PHP keywords as parameter name labels is allowed, in the context of function calls using named parameters in PHP 8.0+, this will easily lead to confusion. To avoid that, it is recommended not to use reserved keywords as function parameter names.
This commit renames the `$string` parameter to `$search` in `WP_Site_Query::get_search_sql()`.

Improve cache key generation in the `WP_Site_Query` class by removing `update_site_cache` and `update_site_meta_cache` elements in the array used to generate
the cache key. These elements do not affect that cache and by removing them, improve the likelihood of reusing an existing cache.

* The array of network data returned from the `networks_pre_query` filter is assigned to the `networks` property of the current `WP_Network_Query` instance.
* The array of site data returned from the `sites_pre_query` filter is assigned to the `sites` property of the current `WP_Site_Query` instance.
This avoids the performance overhead of calling `WP_Network_Query::get_networks()` or `WP_Site_Query::get_sites()` twice: first when creating the object instance, then to retrieve the filtered results.
This also makes the filters a bit more consistent with other similar filters, e.g. `posts_pre_query`, `terms_pre_query`, `comments_pre_query`, or `users_pre_query`.

Add a new filter `sites_pre_query` - which returns null by default. Return a non-null value to bypass WordPress's default `get_sites` queries.
Developers should note that filtering functions that require pagination information are encouraged to set the `found_sites` property of the `WP_Site_Query` object, passed to the filter by reference. If `WP_Site_Query` does not perform a database query, it will not have enough information to generate these values itself.

This fixes an issue introduced in [44166] where the `$groupby` variable was inserted too low in the `get_site_ids()` function while merging [43832] into `trunk`. The merged location did not account for a new conditional statement that existed only in `trunk`, and would have resulted in values assigned to `$groupby` being erased in certain scenarios.

A new global multisite table `wp_blogmeta` is added to the database schema, and a set of `*_site_meta()` API functions are introduced.
The implementation fails gracefully when the new table is not yet available, which may happen especially shortly after the core update, before the network has been upgraded to the new database schema. The presence of the table is detected once and stored as a global setting on the main network.
Core does not yet use site metadata, but there are several use-cases to be implemented or explored in the near future, and it allows plugins to extend sites with arbitrary data, which will come in particularly handy with the upcoming REST API endpoint for sites.

In [25548], the `archived` column in `wp_blogs` was changed from `ENUM` to `TINYINT` to match other status fields. When `WP_Site_Query` was written later, it used `%d` as a placeholder when formatting the archived status.
It is possible that this query will fail for any installations that did not update the schema for `wp_blogs` as only single quoted values are accepted for the `ENUM` type. In this case, `'0'` or `'1'` rather than `0` or `1`.
We can work around this and support both `ENUM` and `TINYINT` in the query by using the `%s` placeholder and casting the value with `absint()`.
