Andrew Nacin dd3cd96bac When editing a plain, legacy [gallery] shortcode, ensure we are sorting its contents using menu_order. 
When attachments are sorted, we convert the shortcode to [gallery ids=""], as before.

Daryl Koopersmith 1ba7bea0a0 Media: Move send_to_editor to wp.media.editor.insert to prevent redeclaration. 
Maintains backwards compatibility by delegating to window.send_to_editor and window.tb_remove if they exist.
