rob1n 7bb92d3873 Add a function to unify private posts SQL based on capabilities -- get_private_posts_cap_sql(). 
Usage: get_private_posts_cap_sql($type), where $type is either 'post' or 'page'.

matt 3eb1182967 If we don't have IDs at this point, bail out. There are no tag defaults. Should fix #4035 though I can't recreate their particular error.
