ianbelanger 3bfa7b9ef9 Bundled Themes: Twenty Thirteen update calendar widget styles for 5.4 markup. 
Fixes the alignment of month links in the calendar widget with the changes in version 5.4

Props sabernhardt.
Fixes #49546.
