Fix IntelliJ query builder type inference issues

This commit addresses two type inference issues that the IntelliJ source
editor struggles with when registering query builder prototypes in
o/e/i/q/IndicesQueriesRegistry.java and
o/e/i/q/f/ScoreFunctionParserMapper.java.
