Tests: Remove DynamicIndexNameIntegrationTests (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#725)
This integration tests only checks if date math index names are supported. This is nothing that a watcher test should check for. Original commit: elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch@8a06988fff
