Switch to StreamInput.readEnum and StreamOutput.writeEnum (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#1313)

Start using StreamInput.readEnum and StreamOutput.writeEnum for enum serialization.

Relates to elastic/elasticsearch#24475
