SQL: Support for escape sequences (#31884)

Enhance grammar to allow JDBC/ODBC escape sequences, namely
- date, time and timestamp {d ''}, {t ''} and {ts ''}
- guid {guid ''}
- LIKE escape {escape ''}
- scalar function {fn }

Fix #31883
