[Monitoring] Remove unused code in Collectors (elastic/elasticsearch#4240)
This commit removes some unnecessary code: collectors do not need to extend AbstractLifecycleComponent and do not need to be started/stopped. The extra interface Collector is removed and AbstractCollector renamed to Collector. Original commit: elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch@75893d66e3
