Backport of #51233 to the seven dot x branch.
Tries to load a `Mapper` instance for the mapping snippet of a dynamic template.
This should catch things like using an analyzer that is undefined or mapping attributes that are unused.
This is best effort:
* If `{{name}}` placeholder is used in the mapping snippet then validation is skipped.
* If `match_mapping_type` is not specified then validation is performed for all mapping types.
If parsing succeeds with a single mapping type then this the dynamic mapping is considered valid.
If is detected that a dynamic template mapping snippet is invalid at mapping update time then the mapping update is failed for indices created on 8.0.0-alpha1 and later. For indices created on prior version a deprecation warning is omitted instead. In 7.x clusters the mapping update will never fail in case of an invalid dynamic template mapping snippet and a deprecation warning will always be omitted.

The `path_match` and `path_unmatch` parameters in dynamic templates match on
object fields in addition to leaf fields. This is not obvious and can cause
surprising errors when a template is meant for a leaf field, but there are
object fields that match. This PR adds a note to the docs to describe the
current behavior.
* Default include_type_name to false for get and put mappings.
* Default include_type_name to false for get field mappings.
* Add a constant for the default include_type_name value.
* Default include_type_name to false for get and put index templates.
* Default include_type_name to false for create index.
* Update create index calls in REST documentation to use include_type_name=true.
* Some minor clean-ups around the get index API.
* In REST tests, use include_type_name=true by default for index creation.
* Make sure to use 'expression == false'.
* Clarify the different IndexTemplateMetaData toXContent methods.
* Fix FullClusterRestartIT#testSnapshotRestore.
* Fix the ml_anomalies_default_mappings test.
* Fix GetFieldMappingsResponseTests and GetIndexTemplateResponseTests.
We make sure to specify include_type_name=true during xContent parsing,
so we continue to test the legacy typed responses. XContent generation
for the typeless responses is currently only covered by REST tests,
but we will be adding unit test coverage for these as we implement
each typeless API in the Java HLRC.
This commit also refactors GetMappingsResponse to follow the same appraoch
as the other mappings-related responses, where we read include_type_name
out of the xContent params, instead of creating a second toXContent method.
This gives better consistency in the response parsing code.

* Add a note about types removal in the create index docs.
* Fix SmokeTestMonitoringWithSecurityIT#testHTTPExporterWithSSL.
* Make sure to mention include_type_name in the REST docs for affected APIs.

This will reject mapping updates to the `_default_` mapping with 7.x indices
and still emit a deprecation warning with 6.x indices.

Allowing `_doc` as a type will enable users to make the transition to 7.0
smoother since the index APIs will be `PUT index/_doc/id` and `POST index/_doc`.
This also moves most of the documentation to `_doc` as a type name.

Adds CONSOLE to cross-cluster-search docs but skips them for testing
because we don't have a second cluster set up. This gets us the
`VIEW IN CONSOLE` and `COPY AS CURL` links and makes sure that they
are valid yaml (not json, technically) but doesn't get testing.
Which is better than we had before.
Adds CONSOLE to the dynamic templates docs and ingest-node docs.
The ingest-node docs contain a *ton* of non-console snippets. We
might want to convert them to full examples later, but that can be
a separate thing.

This adds the `index.mapping.single_type` setting, which enforces that indices
have at most one type when it is true. The default value is true for 6.0+ indices
and false for old indices.
Relates #15613
This change disables the _all meta field by default.
Now that we have the "all-fields" method of query execution, we can save both
indexing time and disk space by disabling it.
_all can no longer be configured for indices created after 6.0.

Adds infrastructure so `gradle :docs:check` will extract tests from
snippets in the documentation and execute the tests. This is included
in `gradle check` so it should happen on CI and during a normal build.
By default each `// AUTOSENSE` snippet creates a unique REST test. These
tests are executed in a random order and the cluster is wiped between
each one. If multiple snippets chain together into a test you can annotate
all snippets after the first with `// TEST[continued]` to have the
generated tests for both snippets joined.
Snippets marked as `// TESTRESPONSE` are checked against the response
of the last action.

This catches *some* bugs in the docs during build which is a good start.
The doc mentions match_path in one place but the correct syntax is path_match which is mentioned everywhere else. Using the wrong string leads to errors because the mapping becomes too greedy, and matches things it shouldn't.
This is to prevent mapping explosion when dynamic keys such as UUID are used as field names. index.mapping.total_fields.limit specifies the total number of fields an index can have. An exception will be thrown when the limit is reached. The default limit is 1000. Value 0 means no limit. This setting is runtime adjustable
