Andy Bristol f3cd9a69a2 [test] packaging: renamed packaging configuration (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#4112)

Jason Tedor e66072c09f Enable security in packaging tests (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#4216)
Now that security is not enabled by default for a trial license, the
packaging tests are failing because they expect security to be
enabled. This commit adds enabling security in all instances started
during the packaging tests.

Jason Tedor 83aae92353 Use bash in packaging heredocs (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#4145)
In some places in the packaging tests we use heredocs to run some
scripts, for example, under the root user. However, we were running
these heredocs under sh instead of bash. This is confusing since we use
bash everywhere and we end up with syntax in the herdocs that expects
bash but will not necessarily be run under bash. For example, one
circumstance where this arises is the bash syntax [[. This leads to
packaging test failures on some systems (e.g., the debian-8 box) that
are solely due to this sh/bash distinction. We should really be using
bash everywhere, it is the shell that we settled on for all of our
scripts everywhere awhile ago and then we can avoid this confusion. This
commit replaces the usage of sh in the X-Pack packaging tests with bash.

Nik Everett 47a2f63d5e SQL: Be more careful with break and eof (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#4092)
The SQL CLI was being a bit cavalier about `null`, `ctrl-c`, and
`ctrl-d` while reading passwords to the point where it'd halt with
an exception if the user hit `ctrl-d` while typing a password. This
changes it so that the CLI will instead shut down if the user
`ctrl-c`s or `ctrl-d`s while on the password prompt with an
ENOPERM error code.

This also fixes a packaging test failure I caused by a copy and paste
error where the CLI was always enforcing things as though it was reading
a password all the time. This error was causing packaging test failures.

* [TEST] packaging: add debug logging

Some tests have recurring but intermittent failure on opensuse 42 (see
issues mentioned below). Add debug logging for the places where they
occur. Fail fast when checking to see if es-with-xpack has come up.

Ryan Ernst 5a86450df7 Build: Replace references to x-pack-elasticsearch paths with helper methods (elastic/x-pack-elasticsearch#3748)
In order to more easily integrate xpack once it moves into the
elasticsearch repo, references to the existing x-pack-elasticsearch need
to be reduced. This commit introduces a few helper "methods" available
to any project within xpack (through gradle project extension
properties, as closures). All refeerences to project paths now use these
helper methods, except for those pertaining to bwc, which will be
handled in a followup.

* The CLI jar itself into the `bin`. It is an executable jar.
* A shell and bat script to start the CLI. This isn't strictly required but folks will appreciate the consistency.
* Basic packaging tests for the CLI.

Tanguy Leroux a9d7c232be Fix packaging tests
Since elastic/elasticsearch#26878, array and list of settings are
internally represented as actual lists. This makes filtering works
as expected when it comes to filter out arrays/lists.

The packaging tests used to check the presence of the XPack SSL
certificated_authorities setting which should have always been filtered.

By fixing the filtering of settings, elastic/elasticsearch#26878 broke
this packaging test.

This commit changes this test so that it does not expect certificated_authorities
setting to exist in the Nodes Info response.

* Build: Convert xplugins to use new extra projects setup

This change makes the gradle initialization for xplugins look in the
correct location for elasticsearch, which is now as a sibling of an
elasticsearch-extra directory, with x-plugins as a child of the extra
directory.

The elasticsearch side of this change is
elastic/elasticsearchelastic/elasticsearch#21773. This change will enable renaming x-plugins
to x-pack, see elastic/elasticsearch#3643.
