This commit updates the bundled jdk to 15.0.1, and at the same time once
again switches the bundled jdk back to adoptopenjdk, which has fixed
their build problem and regained support for glibc 2.12.
closes#64026
We switched to adoptopenjdk from oracle jdk to rely on the notarization
found in adoptopnejdk on MacOS. However, that notarization still had
issues, and we currently do our own notarization of the entire
distribution, including the jdk. The recent bump to jdk 15 has revealed
openjdk to be lax in maintaining support for older systems. Since the
notarization is no longer an issue, this PR moves the bundled jdk back
to Oracle, in order to continue supporting those older systems affected
by adoptopenjdk 15.

This new snapshot contains the following JIRAs that we're interested in:
- [LUCENE-9525](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-9525)
Better handling of small documents. This should improve retrieval times
when documents are less than ~1kB.
- [LUCENE-9510](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-9510)
Faster flushes when index sorting is enabled by not compressing the
temporary files that store stored fields and term vectors.
This commit bumps our JNA dependency from 4.5.1 to 5.5.0, so that we are
now on the latest maintained line, and pick up a large collection of bug
fixes that have accumulated.
Another Jackson release is available. There are some CVEs addressed,
none of which impact us, but since we can now bump Jackson easily, let
us move along with the train to avoid the false positives from security
scanners.
Upgrade to lucene 8.5.1 release that contains a bug fix for a bug that might introduce index corruption when deleting data from an index that was previously shrunk.
Drop a nasty regex in our checkstyle config that I wrote a long time ago
in favor of a checkstyle extension. This is better because:
* It is faster. It saves a little more than a minute across the entire
build.
* It is easier to read. Who knew 100 lines of Java would be easier to
read than a regex, but it is.
* It has tests.
Re-applies the change from #53523 along with test fixes.

This commit upgrades the jackson-databind depdendency to
2.8.11.6. Additionally, we revert a previous change that put
ingest-geoip on the version of jackson-databind from the version
properties file. This is because upgrading ingest-geoip to a later
version of jackson-databind also requires an upgrade to the geoip2
dependency which is currently blocked. Therefore, if we can get to a
point where we otherwise upgrade our Jackson dependencies, we do not
want ingest-geoip to automatically come along with it.
Lucene 8.5.0 release candidates are imminent. This commit upgrades master to use
the latest snapshot to check that there are no last-minute bugs or regressions.
