Upgrade JLine to 3.10.0
Switch to using JLine granular jars instead of the uber-one
Remove Jansi dependency (due to errors in closing streams)
Pin JNA dependency to our own artifact
Fix#40239
(cherry picked from commit 9afa65fa80111f3b68c13373c7b6db13c11dde31)
For cases where fields can have multi values, allow the behavior to be
customized through a dedicated configuration field.
By default this will be enabled on the drivers so that existing datasets
work instead of throwing an exception.
For regular SQL usage, the behavior is false so that the user is aware
of the underlying data.

* Add separate CLI Mode
* Use the correct Mode for cursor close requests
* Renamed CliFormatter and have different formatting behavior for CLI and "text" format.
Introduce INTERVAL as a DataType
Add INTERVAL to the grammar which supports the standard SQL declaration
(without precision):
> INTERVAL '1 23:45:01.123456789' DAY TO SECOND
but also number for single unit intervals:
> INTERVAL 1 YEAR
as well as the plurals of the units:
> INTERVAL 2 YEARS
Interval are internally supported as just another Literal being backed
by java.time.Period and java.time.Duration
Move JDBC away from JDBCType enum to SQLType interface
Refactor DataType by moving it into server core and adding dedicated (and
much simpler) JDBC driver type
Improve internal JDBC conversion by normalizing on the DataType
Rename JDBC columnInfo to JdbcColumnInfo to differentiate between it and
the SQL ColumnInfo
Fix#29990
With this change, `Version` no longer carries information about the qualifier,
we still need a way to show the "display version" that does have both
qualifier and snapshot. This is now stored by the build and red from `META-INF`.
Removes the last remaining server dependencies from jdbc client. In order to do that it introduces the new project sql-shared-proto that contains only XContent-serializable classes. HTTP Client and JDBC now depend only on sql-shared-proto. I had to keep the original sql-proto project since it is used as a dependency by sql-cli and security integration tests.
Relates #29856
Removes dependency for server's version from the JDBC driver code. This
should allow us to dramatically reduce driver's size by removing the
server dependency from the driver.
Relates #29856
Cause the CLI to ignore commands that are empty or consist only of
newlines. This is a fairly standard thing for SQL CLIs to do.
It looks like:
```
sql> ;
sql>
|
| ;
sql> exit;
Bye!
```
I think I *could* have implemented this with a `CliCommand` that throws
out empty string but it felt simpler to bake it in to the `CliRepl`.
