Alexander Reelsen	c30945a3d8	Start elasticsearch in the foreground by default ... Instead of using the '-f' parameter to start elasticsearch in the foreground, this is now the default modus. Alexander Reelsen	81e13a870b	Packaging: Ensure setting of sysctl vm.max_map_count ... In order to be sure that memory mapped lucene directories are working one can configure the kernel about how many memory mapped areas a process may have.
