javanna 0a9b72233e Adapt to "Switch to ParseField for query names" A ParseField object is now required to register queries against the SearchModule rather than the QueryParser#names method. ParseField handles camel case automatically. = Elasticsearch X Plugins

A set of Elastic's commercial plugins:

- License
- Shield
- Watcher
- Marvel

= Setup
You must checkout x-plugins and elasticsearch in the same directory as siblings. This
elasticsearch checkout will be used when building x-plugins.
