Mapper Attachments Type for ElasticSearch

The mapper attachments plugin adds the attachment type to ElasticSearch using Tika.

In order to install the plugin, simply run: bin/plugin -install elasticsearch/elasticsearch-mapper-attachments/1.2.0.
