Tanguy Leroux 841d5a210e Update to Jackson 2.8.1 ...

This commit updates Jackson to the 2.8.1 version, which is more strict when it comes to build objects. It also adds the snakeyaml dependency that was previously shaded in jackson libs.

It also closes #18076
