Simplify Sniffer initialization and automatically create the default HostsSniffer Take Sniffer.Builder out to its own top level class. Remove HostsSniffer.Builder and let SnifferBuilder create the default HostsSniffer. This simplifies the Sniffer initialization as the HostsSniffer is not mandatory anymore.
