uboness 41832b6f5b Change project name to elasticsearch-watcher 
- `alerts` package is now `watcher` package
- we no longer use the term `Alert`, but instead we use `Watch`
- documentation still needs to be updated

This plugins adds alerting features to elasticsearch

You can build the plugin with `mvn package`.

The documentation is put in the `docs/` directory.
